Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 or 3 lb. head of cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. medium or wide noodles
6 Tbsp. butter, divided
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook cabbage in 4 tablespoons butter over low heat until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
This will take 35 to 45 minutes.
Prepare noodles according to package directions, using salted water, and then drain well.
Add noodles, remaining 2 tablespoons butter and salt and pepper to cabbage and cook until heated through.
