Pepper Steak Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut thin
    2 c. thinly sliced green peppers
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 jar P. F. hearty beef gravy
    2 c. hot cooked rice, cooked with no salt
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Spray a skillet with cooking oil spray.
    Heat 1 minute.
    Cook half of the beef until browned, stirring often.
    Remove and set aside.
    Remove skillet from heat; spray with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining beef.
    Remove skillet from heat; spray with cooking spray.
    Cook red or green peppers and onion with garlic and crushed red peppers until tender, stirring often.
    Stir in gravy.
    Heat to boiling.
    Return beef to skillet.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
