Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chunk chicken
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can peas (small)
    1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    12 saltines
Preparation
    Mix rice, soup, chicken and peas together. Mix 1/2 cheese into rice mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, then cover with crushed crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
