No-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Blend shortening and dry ingredients.
    Beat other ingredients and add to dry, blending with a fork until moistened.
    Mold dough into 4 or 5 balls.
    Chill well (a must!) as dough is very soft. Dough keeps in refrigerator 3 days or may be frozen.
