Cinnamon Kites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked clover-leaf rolls
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    deep fat (for frying)
Preparation
    Separate rolls into sections.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Dip each section of roll into egg mixture.
    Fry in deep fat (as for frying doughnuts).
    Watch closely, turning over.
    Remove and drain on paper towel.
    Toss each kite in cinnamon and sugar.
    Serve hot. Makes 12 servings.
