Chicken And Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
3/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
3/4 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Prepare rice according to package directions; drain well and chill.
Combine with cooked and cubed chicken and remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate several hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves, optional.
Makes 8 servings.
