Sour Cream Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or in a muffin pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins or serves 6 to 8 when baked in a square pan.
