Egg Swans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shrimp, finely chopped and cooked
1/2 tsp. dill
garlic powder to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise style salad dressing
15 hard-boiled eggs
30 small cooked shrimp
fresh parsley
Preparation

For the filling, combine chopped shrimp, dill and garlic powder.
Add enough salad dressing to moisten the mixture.
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and store for another use.
Generously fill the egg whites with the shrimp mixture.
