Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box 10x sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together until partially blended (mixture is too stiff to thoroughly blend in all of dry ingredients).
    Put butter over top in center of dish.
    Microwave at High 2 minutes; remove, stir fast until smooth.
    Blend in nuts.
    Can add chunky peanut butter, about 3/4 cup.
    Pour in pan 8 x 4 x 3-inch.
    Chill 1 hour; cut into squares.
