Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stalk celery
    4 onions
    1 green pepper
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    bay leaves
    Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Saute celery, onions and green pepper in butter.
    Combine all ingredients except shrimp and cook several hours.
    Add flour or cornstarch to thicken.
    Add shrimp last couple of minutes of cooking.
