Mrs. Whitten'S Creamed Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, thinly sliced
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
    Beat yolks, milk, sugar, flour and salt together and pour over rhubarb.
    Place cubes of oleo over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 minutes or until set.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Cover with meringue made by beating egg whites with 3 tablespoons sugar and pinch of baking powder.
    Cover pie completely to edges and brown in oven.
