Jiffy Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn (don't drain)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole corn (don't drain)
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sour cream, butter and corn.
Fold in Jiffy mix and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
