Chinese Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 medium to large onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can warm water
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat until crumbly; drain.
Add rest of the ingredients through soy sauce.
Stir in the 1/2 cup of uncooked rice.
Put in casserole, cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more, then sprinkle chow mein noodles on top and bake 15 minutes more.
