No Fail Pie Crust(Alma Macfarline) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. lard
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Put egg and vinegar in one cup and fill with cold water.
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut lard into flour until coarse grained.
Add water and egg mix.
Divide and roll or freeze 1/2.
Can be rolled over and over and come out tender.
Great for a non-baker.
