Orange Juice Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    Season-All seasoned salt
    1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. water
    parsley as desired
Preparation
    Rinse pork chops and lightly sprinkle both sides with Season-All.
    Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Add orange juice, water, salt and parsley. Bring to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes over medium-low heat until liquid is absorbed by rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
