Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large canned jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can Mexican style corn
Preparation
    Chop green pepper, onion and jalapenos; set aside.
    Put eggs and oil in bowl; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Add Mexican corn; fold in chopped vegetables and Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until firm in center (25 to 30 minutes).
