Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 3 1/2 cups rhubarb
    10 large marshmallows
    3/4 cup sugar
    few red hots
    1/4 pound butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 cups cake flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 tablespoons salt
    1/2 cup milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat.
    Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together and add to creamed mixture, alternately with 1/2 cup milk.
    Pour batter over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 5 minutes and then invert.
