Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine shredded slaw, carrots and salt.
    Let stand for 1 hour, then press off juice.
    Boil together vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed for 1 minute.
    Cool and pour over cabbage mixture.
    Put in boxes and freeze.
