Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash.
    Place cooled mashed potatoes in a covered bowl in refrigerator overnight.
    Place potatoes in a large bowl.
    Add eggs, flour, bread crumbs, and salt.
    Mix well.
    Roll mixture into balls about 1 1/2 in diameter.
    Using a large sauce pan bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
    Place balls in boiling water.
    When balls rise to top, about 3 minutes, remove from water. Serve hot.
