Christmas Brownie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    5 oz. butter
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. diced candied fruit
Preparation
    Place
    chocolate
    and
    butter in top of a double boiler, melt over medium heat until completely melted.
    Beat eggs with wire whisk
    only
    to mix, not foamy.
    Add vanilla and sugar and beat to mix
    only.
    Add
    melted
    chocolate and stir with whisk until chocolate
    is incorporated.
    With a spatula, fold in the flour and then
    diced
    fruit.
    Pour on top of cookie base that has been cooked.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Bake the night before or two days before, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
