Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Butter
4 slices bread
1 t. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 - 2 1/2 c. milk
1 T. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Butter 4 slices of bread and place them in a lightly greased 12-inch pan. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together vanilla, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Pour over bread and let set for 10 to 15 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and 1/3 c. sugar; sprinkle over bread. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
