Chocolate Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes (unseasoned)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. broken nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolks and potatoes.
    Sift in dry ingredients
    and mix alternately with buttermilk and vanilla, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 2 (9-inch) greased cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
