Peaches And Cream Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large can (18 oz.) peaches, drained (reserve 3 Tbsp. juice)
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
Preparation
    Mix together pudding mix, flour, milk, egg and margarine.
    Beat for 2 minutes and spread in bottom of flat 2-quart pan which has been coated with vegetable spray.
    Drain peaches and spread over dough mixture.
    Mix together cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice.
    Beat for 2 minutes and spread over peaches.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
