Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large potatoes, cubed small
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
dash of salt and pepper
4 c. ham, cubed small
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. sour cream
3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Mix the sour cream, soup, milk, parsley and 1 cup of the cheese together.
Salt and pepper ham and potatoes.
Add to the sour cream mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
