Buttermilk Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine and mix well.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 pies.
