Gilge Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk
    milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Place egg yolk in a cup and fill it up
    with
    milk
    to
    make 2/3 cup.
    Work out on floured counter. Makes 2 double crusts.
