Butterscotch Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a medium saucepan, melt butterscotch chips and butter over low heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs; mix well.
Reserve 2/3 cup of crumb mixture. Press remainder firmly into a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
