Chicken Picatta(Serves 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    garlic powder
    1 (4 oz.) chicken breast
    1 c. mushrooms
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Dissolve chicken soup in water and pour into frying pan.
    Add lemon juice, garlic powder and chicken.
    Saute each side for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Remove chicken to warm plate and cover. Place mushrooms in frying pan; add water and garlic powder.
    Saute for about 4 minutes, then pour over chicken and serve.
