Indian Country Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can Mexicorn
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
2 cans French onion soup
1/2 soup can of water
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix all other ingredients well and pour into baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
