Pork And Veal Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork
    1 lb. veal
    1 large onion
    3/4 lb. noodles
    1 can clear chicken broth or soup
    1/2 lb. American cheese, ground
    1 green pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can corn Niblets
Preparation
    Cut meat in 3/4-inch cubes and brown with onion and simmer until done.
    Add chicken broth and simmer a little longer.
    Boil noodles about 10 minutes.
    Add noodles, cheese, pepper, mushrooms, corn and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and cover with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours.
