Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 Tbsp. Parmesan/Romano cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

In a small frying pan, melt butter.
Saute onion and add thawed and very well drained spinach to the onion.
Cut cream cheese up and add to spinach.
Stir until cheese melts.
Mix egg slightly and add to spinach.
Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Add chicken bouillon; mix well.
Put mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
You may sprinkle on more bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese before cooking if you wish. Serves 4.
