Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Melt in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 375\u00b0 oven the vegetable oil and margarine.
In airtight bag, mix the flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Dip chicken in oil, then shake in bag (no more than 3 pieces at a time).
Place skin side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil and melted margarine.
Bake 45 minutes. Turn over and bake 15 minutes longer.
(For crispier coating, cook longer.)
