Sarah'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli, barely cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter.
    Cook rice.
    Mix all ingredients and put into a 2-quart casserole baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    You may also add water chestnuts if you like them.
    This makes 8 to 10 servings.
    Very good.
