Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. red peppers
    1 doz. green peppers
    6 small onions
    3 hot peppers
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 pt. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Put through food chopper.
    Cover with boiling water; let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Boil 1 pint vinegar, 1 pint water, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 tablespoon salt.
    Put mixture in peppers and boil all together for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Can and seal.
