Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    In frying pan, brown sausage and drain.
    Wash rice and add to the sausage.
    Add soups and seasonings.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a casserole dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
