Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
dash of salt
3/4 c. brown sugar or white
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
2 c. blueberries (wild Maine frozen or fresh are best)
Streusel Topping
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream together the butter, sugar and egg. Add dry mixture, alternately with milk (add more milk, if necessary). Add the wild blueberries.
Put in an 8 x 8-inch well-greased Pyrex baking dish.
Top with Streusel. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
