Turnip And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. turnips or parsnips
    2 potatoes, cubed (2 c.)
Preparation
    Slice turnips.
    Simmer in enough water to cover with 1 cup chicken broth until almost tender.
    Add potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Add 2 or 3 cups chicken broth and 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    Blend in blender.
    If too thick, add a little more chicken broth.
    Heat; sprinkle with paprika.
