Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. onions, diced
7 cloves garlic, chopped
27 c. tomato juice (from fresh tomatoes)
7 c. water
7 bay leaves
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 tsp. pepper
13 beef bouillon cubes
54 oz. tomato paste
7 tsp. basil
5 tsp. oregano
5 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Simmer all ingredients for 2 hours.
Put in jars; seal. Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 quarts and 4 pints.
