Sherry'S Potatoes Romanoff(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    2 or 3 finely chopped green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until fork-tender.
    Peel and shred into large bowl.
    Stir in sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper and onion.
    Put into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
