Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. fat or oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
-
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Rub into steak.
Brown meat in fat.
Place tomatoes and onion on pieces of steak.
Add water and steam until tender.
