Ingredients

2 cups sweet rice, soaked for 1 hour
1-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cans coconut milk (20 oz. altogether)
3/4 to 1 cup sugar, depending on taste
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
Preparation

Lightly toast sesame seeds (with just a pinch of salt) on a heavy skillet.
Set aside.
