Vegetable Beef Soup With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans vegetable beef soup
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine tomato juice and all soups.
    Stir until well blended.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and let simmer. In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, milk and eggs.
    Drop by level teaspoonfuls into simmering soup.
    Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until dumplings are firm. Serve immediately.
