Blackberry-Swirl Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. fresh or frozen
    blackberries
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, heat the water and 3/4 cup sugar to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar for a syrup.
    Set aside.
    Pour the melted butter or margarine into a 10-inch pie plate or baking dish.
    Set aside.
