Ingredients

1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with 2 cups of cooked beets.
Cover and simmer 7 minutes.
Chill for 2 hours and serve.
