Old-Fashion Chocolate Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks margarine

Preparation

Mix cocoa and sugar.
Add other ingredients; mix well.
Cook, stirring well, for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat, sit pan in pan of ice water.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Will ice 2 layers or 1 (9 x 13 x 2-inch) cake.
