Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can Cream of Celery soup
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can Cream of Rice soup
    2 C. tortilla chips (crushed)
    1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
    1 jar taco sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and taco seasoning mix together. Drain fat.
    Mix Cream soups together.
    In a crock pot layer 1/2 hamburger mixture, 1/2 soup mixture, and 1/2 crushed chips.
    Make a second layer in the same order using the rest of the ingredients.
    Top with taco sauce and Cheddar Cheese soup.
    Cook on low 2 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
