German Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
3 strips bacon
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar (white)
1 tsp. sugar
salt
pepper
1/4 c. chopped fresh onion
Preparation

Cut bacon into small cubes.
In small saucepan, add bacon and chopped onion.
Cook and stir until bacon is semi-crisp.
Add flour; stir until well mixed (bubbly).
Add vinegar, sugar and juice from can of beans.
Mix well and allow to boil for about a minute.
Add beans and season with salt and pepper.
