Old Fashion Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 large piece oleo or 2 Tbsp.
1 c. water (almost hot)
2 lemons, squeezed

Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; add lemon juice, grated rind and egg yolks.
Pour hot water over ingredients.
Stir constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat; add oleo.
Pour filling in baked pie crust.
Top with beaten egg whites.
