Low Cholesterol Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium boned, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Pound each piece of chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Spray a large skillet with Pam cooking spray.
    Preheat skillet.
    Cook until tender and not pink.
    Transfer to
    platter.
