Cheesy Party Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Jiffy mix
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, quartered
3/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray muffin pan with Pam no-stick spray.
Blend baking mix and milk to make a soft dough.
Turn out onto floured surface.
Knead approximately 20 times.
Roll dough into a rectangle, about 1/8-inch thick.
Cut out circles with 4-inch cookie cutter.
Press circles into prepared muffin pans.
